
How to hire your hat.
Here’s how it works
Our hats cost between £20 and £60 to hire depending on which style you choose
Make your appointment - head to our contact page where you can find our email address and social media links.
When you come to your appointment please remember to bring the outfit you have chosen for your occasion or a swatch of the fabric so that we may help you make an appropriate colour match.
You will have the opportunity to try on all the various styles and colours until you find the perfect hat for you! Some ladies find it helpful to change into their outfit whilst they are here but that is entirely up to you.
Once you have made your choice, in order to secure your booking we will require the price of the hire in full.
We don’t anticipate the need, so do not ask for a security deposit but do ask that you agree to pay for any damage to items hired (including the box) should this occur. The potential cost will be outlined at time of hiring.
We will arrange a date prior to your event for collection (we can deliver to you at no extra charge if you are very local to us) and a date for return will also be agreed upon.
REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
If you should change your mind about your choice after you have paid for your hire we can exchange it for an alternative provided we have your new choice available for your dates and you will be obliged to make up the difference if the cost is greater than you originally paid.
Please be aware that if you do change your mind we DO NOT give refunds but instead you will then be in credit for your next hire and there is no time limit on that.
PLEASE NOTE: HATS MUST NOT BE WORN IN THE RAIN. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED (WATER/MAKEUP/PERFUME/TEARS IN THE FABRIC OF THE HAT/DAMAGE TO THE BOX ETC.) WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE THE FULL COST OF YOUR HIRE AGAIN FOR ANY DAMAGE INCURRED.
